"They never answer there phones. Had them cut down a tree left the trash and the tree. Called the supervisor , he said it was complete. Well you actually have to get out of the truck to see it. I’ll call the news and show them how our public works leaves our nature preserve."

"This marks 3 times in 4 weeks that Gold Medal has not collected my trash on Tuesday when the rest of my street was done. This is 11 times in less than one year. Poor service with no feedback as to why. In follow-up with my phone call today to Public Works. I was advised by public works that some supervisor from Gold Medal Service indicated that my trash can was not at the street and this is why it was not picked up on Tuesday. This is another problem or excuse which is not valid. For more than 30 years I have put my recycle can and trash can to the street the night before (Monday) so as to not miss pickup times on my street. My recycle was right next to the trash can and it was picked up. I was advised that the GMS supervisor would call me today and this never happened. I just want an answer and a resolution of why my service at the end of Family Lane has been so spotty. I would like to ask Public Service folks to consider what if this was the level of service to your home?"

"This department does outstanding work. The lady who answers the phone is extremely kind and professional and absolute pleasure to do business with. This lady deserves a raise, there is simply no one else in this Township who compares. I didn't mention her name as it didn't seem appropriate without her persmission, but she's awesome."
