"So I rented this Storage unit today off the website. The rep I spoke with definitely not from the US Told me it was a secure location and an access code would be provided to get into the facility and that I would just need to put my own lock on the unit once I got there. So, I loaded everything up and got here. The gate was wide open it’s 9 at night by the way, no lock, there was no access key pad like the rep told me. So, I pulled around to my storage unit and someone else’s lock is on it. I called back to the company and got another person not in the US. Explained them everything probably 7 times. She would not transfer me to a local manager should not refund my money and had the nerve to ask if I could reschedule. Why should I have to reschedule for a unit that I already paid for until it’s cleared out. My time may not be valuable to you but it is to me. And for the price there asking I could have paid the same and actually got a secure location. I mean there’s no lights, cameras, nothing."

Definitely recommend storing here if you have the need. We love the area snd seems to be very safe and secure as well."
