"Bank is so low income. Can’t even cash a 3k check. Going to Bank of America they are at least updated and a secured bank. Also the older lady who is a teller is completely unprofessional and hates her job it’s sad. She transfers you and just honestly does not want to deal with people lol funny seeing as tho that is LITERALLY YOUR JOB."

"I have had this bank for over 11 years now and have never had a problem until now. somebody got a hold of my card and charged something on wish.com which I have never ordered before in my life. And somehow the charge fell off after 5 days and me calling after five times but the bank charged me six overdraft fees in a row on the same charge. They are refusing to take it off now. So that's $200 plus dollars that I'm charged for something that I didn't even do and that's not even on my account anymore. If they don't take them off I will be changing banks."

"I attempted to deposit a business check today. So, when I got into the bank lobby, one woman, Melissa, at one of the two teller windows with representatives present, freaked out on me and told me to get out. Melissa yelled at me, asked me how I got in, then insisted that I leave the building. The door was open and there was no sign on the door indicating they were closed. She repeatedly said I shouldn’t be there, I need to leave, didn’t know how I got in and that I should leave. They were apparently closed and forgot to lock the door! There was no sign on the door that they were closed either. When I went around to the drive through window, she answered my call, put me on hold then put another rep on the line who apologized to me for leaving the door unlocked. No apology from Melissa for yelling at me! Definitely not a good experience. They need to get rid of this Melissa lady! She did not make my experience at PNC worth banking there. I do not recommend this branch!"
