"I had been trying to find a plumber to correct an issue with my toilets and also repair the guest room shower. I was surprised when the called a few days later and were able to come that day. The examined the problem and said they could fix the toilets that day but would have to order the parts for the shower. Well they got the floats for the toilets and had them fixed shortly. I was alittle surprised at the cost but realized some of tha time was spent examining the shower. I paid them and was advised I would hear from them about fixing the shower. Well this was on March 26. I have called a number of times and left messages but no call back. About a week ago I did finally reach someone and this person promised some one would contact me ASAP! Well it's now April and still no call back, no work done, etc. Guess I will search for a plumber that is reliable."
"My 20 year old water heater sprung a leak and needed replacing. These guys got me a quote, then had the tank installed all within 24 hours. They were also able to track down the cause of the water heater failure: the water pressure regulator for the house had failed open, allowing way too much water pressure to the house. Excellent service, I'd highly recommend them."
