"I used Sewell branch on Hurffville-Crosskeys road. We worked multiple time with Anthony and he was very helpful. Help my son set up the estate account and any time we had questions we would stop by and he was always responsive and very helpful."

"Tried to use the atm machine and the Gardaworld employee was taking forever to collect the cash whilst all the doors were locked during this time for security purposes. I decided to go through the drive through for the atm. All the drive-up atms were also out of service. As td charges a surcharge for using non-TD atms, they made it quite impossible for me to access my own cash. :)"

"No longer offers coin counting machines, youth summer reading program. No longer offer visa gift cards for customers. Also this branch refuses to let customers use the restroom even though the building was built with customer bathrooms. They make you insert your debit card to he helped in the lobby by a tellet"

"This TD BANK is top tier and Rachel the store manager (especially) + her team is what counts here. If you’re a business owner who’s doing large business and needs somebody to help you and take care of you this is the place. Rachel and her team go above and beyond. If Rachel left TD BANK and moved anywhere my accounts would follow."

"Less then impress with phone service ….. TD Bank ( previously Commerce Bank ) has always been known as a Bank of Convenience….. That must have changed, I called in today 2/11/22 to make an appointment…. It seems they are short staffed and there was a lot of confusion with my request for an appointment. It seems few employees handling numerous tasks. This has never been the case….. it must be a sign that Brick and Mortar Banking has taken a back seat. I hope this is not the case, if so then evidentially TB Bank will losing market share to the other local Banks ( Republic Bank seems to be more convenient)"
