"The two customer service reps that sit at the desks are the most miserable looking people.( Sewell Office) Never acknowledged me while I was standing there waiting. No, “I’ll be right with you”, Never looked up at me. Finally a teller came over and she had to ask one of the reps to help me. You need some friendly employees in that office. Maybe give them some training. Also, I never heard of a bank not being able to fax something for a customer. I have worked in banking for over 30 years and I would never tell a customer I wasn’t aloud to fax something for them. Extremely poor customer service. I have been with this bank since 1999 when it first opened. Now I may just go some where else."
