"BCBS of NJ says that they sent me the records I requested weeks ago yet I have not received them. They told me to check with my local PO- MULLICA HILL, to see if they might be holding the package. I cannot go to the PO because I have Covid right now so I tried to call to ask about this issue. WHY IS THERE NO WAY TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO A POSTAL EMPLOYEE AT THE MULLUCA HILL PHONE NUMBER?!? It is all automated, no matter what number you push, you never get a real person when you want to ask a simple question! I find this to be extremely inconvenient. I have to say you guys SUCK the big one"

"We have a carrier who refuses to deliver packages to our home. Why you may ask? Because she does not care for us I believe. It has been pointed out over and over. What’s more she gets away with this behavior. And just today I got notice that a package could not be delivered because no one was available to sign for it. This is not true. We were indeed home. Have reported to Postal Service and to the Post Master in MH. Simply ridiculous."

"I live in Mullica Hill and use this post office out of convenience because it is 1 minute from my house. I took my VERY expensive wedding invitations there and asked for them to be hand canceled meaning I don’t want them going through the shoot sorter. This is common ask for customers who spend a great deal of money on their wedding invitations so they do not get ruined. They refused to do it. Left and took them to the Swedesboro post office and they were happy to do it! This location showed pure laziness."
