"Terrible court system. They don’t want to hear it or listen to anyone. They just want to rush through it and get it out of their face. They forget it’s people and children’s lives not just their day job"
"I was notified in court that my parental rights were taken from me. I was in court that day to ask for enforcement of my ( court ordered ) parenting time that was being neglected by my daughters mother. My rights were taken based on a lie & the judge did not ask for any proof. She lied and told the judge that i had gotten her jumped by multiple women, & that she was there to meet me. In reality i had not spoken to her in almost 2years. Nor have i had any contact through social media, phone call or via text, that day or any day before. I also was not informed of her whereabouts, current or future. On my court date, I was told by Judge Woodlinger that there was nothing he could do because the case was no longer under his jurisdiction. I asked how was i still on child support in NJ if they have no jurisdiction over the case. Again, there was nothing he could do. ( fast forward past his threats of being held on contempt of court for me walking out of that useless place ) By this time, my daughter had been living in Delaware for 4 years. Prior to this, judge Swift had caught my daughters mother in multiple lies & allowed her to disobey the active court order on several occasions."
"The judge closed our case, the person who was supposed to file the paperwork to stop the child support never did. We ended up paying an additional $900 to the other parent in child support, who no longer was caring for the child. The court told us, and our lawyer they won't do anything, it wasn't their problem anymore since they closed the case... now we have to go through this unnecessary mess to get our money back because someone couldn't do their job and took them 3 months to stop the payments. We're happy to be done with them."
