"Best get the bldg inspector and field tax assessor glasses or neck collars that don't allow them to look the other way. April 2023 my buds and I reviewed our 4 homes cameras footage. It shows a concrete delivery to 044-089 on 3/24/23 also shows the Code Officer going to work that very same day in his Ford pu while the concrete tanker was visibly off loading. So concrete cures and a $7000 2 car garage gets installed. One year later the value of this $10,000 two car garage is $0 on the tax rolls and no photo. The buds say over $10,000 as the homeowners sons who doesn't reside there, runs his mouth off saying the concrete delivery from Dublin cost $xxx. So now folks living on Kemp get to enjoy the son playing ground thumping music at 1-2:30am when he brings the junk race car back from the race track. Get to enjoy the loud racing down Kemp after he repairs the junk at 1, 2 in the AM. Thanks Stephen, thanks Neil. This happens when you wet nurse youth and give favortism. The buds and I doubt an actual visit to 044-089 was done that's why there is no photo of last year's $10,000+ build as if an actual visit was done how could you have missed all the visible trash in the backyard next door?"
