"I have used H&R block 18 years. But planning to discontinue using because of high fees. they change higher fees with no great returns. Tax return been dropping last five years. With fees going up. Training of employees going down. Use local home town businesses and quit making H&R richer. Peace of mind upgrade is a rip off. I got it ten years never had to use. Just way to get more of your money."
