"I have a family member that banks here too. They went to get a new debit card and wsfs gave them one connected to MY checking rather than my family member's checking. I was eventually credited for the purchases made from that card once I noticed the mistake, but WSFS has admitted no wrongdoing, hasn't explained how this happened, and won't respond to my inquiries. I've banked here for so long but I'm looking for a new bank."

"What a terrible experience, paid off an auto loan from another bank Named Beneficial Bank that was apparently acquired buy this Circus of a bank called WSFS. I am currently 10 Phone calls in, a faxed written request, 3 conversions with separate managers and no one has answers, no one knows what happened to the title, also no one knows how to fax or mail a lien release and everyone is trying to come up with a quick excuse to get me off the phone. I strongly suggest to all the new customers to stay far away from this bank since they’re obviously very disorganized, there’s no paperwork process in place and they don’t care about the customer experience one bit."
