"THE LADIES IN THERE ARE VERY RUDE! I came in wanting to open up a business account and proceeded to wait until served. I was excited to come here but the older African American lady asked me to LEAVE! I wasn’t in there for no more than 2 minutes and i would suggest NO ONE does business with people who treat there customers like this. Im extremely appalled by how I was treated."

"Horrible experience. These people are not only incompetent but they lack the courteous nature I’ve come to expect from other FMFCU branches. A simple bank transaction took over 35 minutes to complete and needed two tellers. You’d think at that point someone would apologize, or at the very least, thank you for your time. None of that happened. The young woman, who handled my transaction, blamed me. After asking to speak to a manager, I had to wait another 30 minutes. Never again."

"The reason I only give it 3 stars is because they have no Atm where you can deposit your money anytime that really comes in handy when you need that emergency deposit into your account."
