"I had been praying for clarity in regard to continuing treating with this doctor and boy did I get my answer loud and clear today! Dr. Wu was totally unhinged at my visit today! I was there for a follow up on BOTH knees, one that was injured in a fall, and the other for an injection. I stated during my last visit that I would probably need another injection at my next visit. Apparently that was not noted when the appointment was made. When Dr. Wu found out that I wanted the other knee tended to, he went off. He told me he had 30 patients to see and if he took longer than 20 minutes they would "bash him online." He then begrudgingly consented to giving me the injection in the"other" knee. He had to pull up a new screen to make the notation and turned to me and said, "see how long this is taking?" It didn't take long at all, maybe a minute or two. When I got to my car, I filled up with tears. I know everyone has a bad day occasionally but he needs to remember why he took the Hippocratic Oath. His main concern should be to treat patients that are hurting. I am as important as those 30 other patients and was close to telling him that. I think he is spreading himself too thin. On my last visit he didn't even remember that the injury to my left knee was from a fall dispite having seen me the day after the accident in Mullica Hill. He started talking about my arthritis. At the very least, I think Dr. Wu needs a vacation. I half expected a call of apology but doubt that will happen. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this practice to see this doctor!"
