"Prior to today, I had met with Dr. Schopfer just twice. I had an appointment scheduled for 2/1 at 10am that I had to reschedule because I had another appointment right after and he was "running late" (turned out to be over an hour wait already). I rescheduled to 2/8 at 8:20am, hoping that he wouldn't be running late for an early morning appointment. That was until I got a call as I was driving over asking if I could arrive at 9am. I was told that he had been getting new patients and that he liked to “take his time" with them. However, someone like me who has already been established with him is made to feel completely useless with this approach. I can only schedule these appointments when I'm not working and that only gives me 2 days a week to work with (on top of other goals I need to accomplish on a day off). When this continuously occurs, I can't help but feel that my time is being completely wasted, but in the sense that it is not even being considered by people like Dr. Schopfer who should at least empathize but really could care less."

"Have seen and worked with many doctors and Dr. Schopfer is one of a kind. He took time with me and treated me like a family member. He listened to everything I felt and had to say. I did not feel rushed or brushed off. He is exceptional and I will no longer see anyone but him! 10/10 recommend!-Alex O"

"Although I moved too far away to see him now, he's been my families Dr since I can remember. The only thing I could complain about would be the office hours. If you need an appointment in the evening you're out of luck As far as rude receptionists go he's had a few but I don't know about recently. But the ones who were rude were not rude in person."

"my doctor went on leave and i had to find a local doctor because of my tia i had in 2008. he is truly a very caring doctor and listens to every word. he is one of the last of the doctors who treat you like family. if my insurance would have changed i would go back. there are not to many doctors like him left in this world."

"My insurance gave me this Dr on my card so I figured I'd give them a call. The receptionist was so rude, I explained I just got new insurance & was experiencing pain behind my knees so I needed to be seen. She started with how he isn't the right doctor to see, & I was like well I would need a referral from my Dr to see the right Dr right? Then she proceeded to let me know they are a non narcotic office when I wasn't even looking for drugs, I'm looking to get sent to the right Dr to fix my leg. It's obvious they don't want to help people. Their hours are terrible as well."
