"I went to see this dr. In October because I’ve been having severe hip pain. My copay was 180$ which is crazy. I wanted to see if hip injections would help. He said he would prescribe 800 mg ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. The front desk staff said they would call in the script. They didn’t. It took 2 voicemail requests until they finally called in the script but never put in for my muscle relaxers. I left another message. They never responded. I was waiting for a call from them to schedule the hip injections. They never called. I left 2 messages then gave up til after the holidays. I called again last week they said the scheduler would call me. I still haven’t gotten a response. He also refused to refill my ibuprofen without another office visit. 180$ for a visit just to give me ibuprofen? It’s not like I’m trying to get opiates. This dr. And Relievus pain management in general is a worst experience I’ve ever had with any dr. I would rather suffer with the pain then give them another dime of my money, which is clearly all they care about. I’ve since found another pain dr. Who’s copay is 1/4 of what this doctor charged me. To do absolutely nothing."
