"My Florence branch closed and now I have to make the drive to Columbus. Not a huge deal but why is the drive thru here NEVER open, yet when you’re forced to go inside the branch there’s no one in there? There is no reason I should have to park and get out of my car when there are several drive through lines available but closed. What happened to customer service/customer care?"
"Useless bank and staff. They don't know anything. They asking documents but don't know its correct documents or not. They to verify with someone that's need one day but I gave 2 days time but no follow-up call . I should go bank of america instead this useless bank staff"
"Nice bank with very nice employees. I miss the manager guy that was here they fired when they took over Investors. He was very personable. Citizens in general (not this specific branch) gets minus 1 star for their regular system & other technology issues since taking over the Investors Bank branch that was here AND for their garbage regular Certificate of Deposit rates. Other than that, its a great bank."
"I am new in town and wanted to open up a local account for my business. I am appalled, baffled and disappointed in the service I received. I think the worst and dumbest thing someone can do is judge and assume and allow their actions to treat you based off of that. You never know who you're in the midst of...could be an angel or even a millionaire...or how about simply a human being for all that matters! Investors Bank....I'm disappointed. The banker could barely hold her rude insinuating commentary from spilling directly in front of my face as I attempted to open a business checking account. Maybe it's because of my braces. Or was it because I had my infant? Did I appear to be a young mother? Are these grounds to insinuate and borderline belittle a human opening an account if that were the case. I'm confused. To repeat the same statements over again as if I did not comprehend her statements. I mean I spoke clear English..but what if I didn't? Was that the grounds of her disgusting tone? I sat in the car to explain to my husband what happened and low and behold not 2 minutes pass before the fellow teller comes outside with another coworker to "check the mail." Coincidence. Well I must say after holding my frustration and rolling my eyes to correct Dawn as she asked, "what do you rent?" After explaining to Her that I am a homeowner and we have a few business' Her tone began to change as she began to talk to me like an equal and even assisted me out to my car with the baby! What if I did currently rent? Does that change anything about me as a human being who needs to open an account?! Just trying to gain clarity from her comments. I am BAFFLED as I have never felt so uncomfortable and uneasy in a business setting. I cannot say for sure it was my tanned skin tone but I can say it was disgusting and totally inappropriate. A few missing documents and clarification does not justify. Wow..i cannot believe I'm writing this. I left and called client services to report this unpleasant visit. Shelly was very apologetic over the phone and explained that she would look into the matter. Two days have gone by and I have yet to receive any form of communication. I do not appreciate being judged and insulted from mere assumptions. Dawn seemed remorseful after I showed my frustrations from her questioning of my assets as to where she presumed I had none. Nonetheless, she should be educated and trained on dealing with members of the public ,regardless of their social status and current asset holdings."
"Friendly people and thats the only reason i gave 2 stars and not 0 stars. Dozens of times they have locked account info and when called they say it was a security glitch. They closed my wifes account "by accident". Their app for Android or iOS is garbage. I never had this much aggravation with a bank. Switching asap."
