WSFS Bank

"Some old lady in there was quiet the character, I walked in at 4:52 and asked a simple question. “Do you print cards if I were to open an additional checking account here” My response given to me “no they have to be mailed” Okay no issue. Well some lady decided to chirp in and say “well we close in 5 minutes anyways.” now my response usually woulda been , congrats now let me open an account right now bc the fact i’m in here before closing and you say that? Okay missy, because of that b word. I will never open an account at any WSFS bank even if they offered me money. Terrible customer service and I hope it’s not like that all around. Bc if it is this bank must SUCK. If one of MY employees every said that to one of MY customers I’d fire them within seconds. And id help that customer myself. That’s now how you treat customers."

"First and foremost, the staff is wonderful. Being the original beneficial bank personel. But ever since it switched hands, I've had nothing but problems.extra charges, my account getting screwed up and one day a head ceo of sorts was in and she was rude. The teller was trying real hard to keep the line going, but people were getting antsy. I brought it to her attention and she shook her head as she dismissed me. Then went to our branch manager on what I said about the teller needing help. How unprofessional. But her attitude does not reflect on the staff there. Just glad she's not there all the time."

"My complaint is that if I'm using a different bank debit card, WSFS atm won't let me withdraw money from it in any amount. It cancels my transaction. The WSFS app is a nightmare! I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and re entering all my info in order to use the app. Staff is wonderful, and this is the reason I am giving a 4 star review."

"This bank is okay, I miss Beneficial that was the BEST BANK. What the bank lacks, the wonderful staff makes up for. Always friendly and go above and beyond to help all your banking needs."
