"I want to Thank you for the service you provided for my brother. Around 2/13 my brother came to you after very horrible treatment from Grays Harbor Hospital. You did the best you guys could to find out how serious his condition was. After finding out he was moved to St Joseph in Tacoma and they have provided the best care possible for him. With out you Elma my brother may not still be here. Again thank you!!!"

"Took a family member here, we arrived at 9pm and left without being treated for her chest pain at 1230am. I called the nursing supervisor who was of no help. The triage nurse had no affect. The patient care tech was rude because I was insistent that my family member should be a priority to be seen related to her chest pain. Mind you they did the EKG and sat her in the lobby for 3 hours even after I explained that recently received a call from her doctor indicating she had a clogged artery in her heart along with the chest pain. Get it together inspira and maybe you should have more staff that reflects the population you serve instead of the folks that don't care about us and simply are in it to collect a paycheck."

My son had just finished putting a snare together for Scouts and accidentally cut his pinkie with the wire… Elmer was able to get us in and out in 1/2 hour with a Tenus shot. "I have always had a great experience even during Covid. They are so sweet to my 2 girls when they are sick. My kids will not go anywhere else but Elmer. You are never here for a long period of time even during covid. Clean rooms and bathrooms Love you guys keep up the good work"

"Going to the ER is never a good time but I had such a positive experience with the staff at this ER. Now the waiting area was its own kind of beast (lots of people, one man constantly making gagging sounds, one guy pacing back and forth and singing) they were very busy and I did have to wait about an hour and a half to get to triage (all of these things out of their control) but once I did get back into triage I had a wonderful experience with my nurse. She was very kind and caring. Now by time they had got through their very busy list, their derm specialist was supposed to be leaving for the night but the staff worked to go and grab him and made sure that I got seen/helped before he left. Everyone was extremely professional and nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm glad I got this positive experience from the hospital because you don't always"
