"Dr. Barrese did not listen to me and what it was going through. I told him at the first appt what my symptoms were. He told me I had cushing disease and handed me a script for lab work and a MRI. I walked into my second visit and acted like he was hearing my symptoms for the first time. He did not help me what so ever complete waste of time ask me if I got the blood work done which I had and had already seen a specialist which I was told u didn't have that. Not to mention I waited over an hour to maybe talk to him for 10 minutes if that. And the first visit maybe 5 minutes."

"This is my second experience in dealing with Dr Barrese. The first was 7 years ago when he did my cervical spinal fusion and now when it's time for yet another surgery and fusion there's no question who I would go to. He is no longer with the practice he was with then but that means no difference to me I wouldn't trust anyone else with my life. He is kind and compassionate, he explains things thoroughly and takes all the time needed to go over those details. He is truly a wonderful doctor, I wish there were more like him."

The reason I only gave four stars is because I had to wait 1-1/2 hours beyond my appointment time before I was seen, with no particular explanation for this extremely long wait time. Additionally calling the office during their work hours and getting someone to answer the phone is quite hit or miss."
