Ava was kind, professional, and extremely efficient. We do most of our banking on line these days so it was a pleasure to have a positive in-person experience with such a helpful, friendly employee."

"I have been banking with TD Bank since before they were TD Bank. This branch was not my original branch but since I have moved I have been using this branch being it's right down the road. Unfortunately, Everytime I do business with this branch I feel like I'm being judged. Yesterday I left there really bothered being I went in for a direct deposit form and the lady I worked with was extremely rude...no greeting just what do you need, then after she gives me the form she says absolutely nothing to me just continues a conversation with her manager. Not, all right here you go, you're all set, have a good day, nothing. I'm standing there wondering if I'm finished or not? Smh, this may not be the job for you Hun...we gotta do better!"

"The worse customer service ever! It's not about having to wait , but it's the response when you ask for help. I'm going to assume this guy was a manager, because he had on suit. He literally threw up his hands to say what do you want me to do and it doesn't matter where you go, it's going to be the same. Professionalism at it's worse!"

"This Branch lacks customer service skills. I went in to stop payment on a check that was sent to me and never received from my holiday club account. Michael Nash the store manager told me he could not stop payments on checks I had to call customer service myself. Found out from customer service he is the one who needs to stop payment on the check and get a new one reissued to me for my money for my holiday club account. I asked mr. Nash to do this back in December she never address the issue every time I called he said he would work on it left for the holiday never stop payment on my check. If this is what a branch manager does TD must not have rate branch managers because Mr Nash should have first found out if he was supposed to cancel the check or not instead he had me a customer doing all the legwork and then he refused to handle the situation but went away for Christmas holiday and never took care of it. I will not be going back to this location."
