"Horrible experience, I went to cash a government checked wanted to deposit half and get the other half in cash. The bank teller with the long blonde twist told me that I couldn’t. When I have been doing the same thing for years. I asked for a supervisor, supervisor told me I couldn’t. The other bank teller who is a man always does it for me. Supervisor states they don’t do it and it’s against procedures. Teller proceeds to talk about me to supervisor also disclosed my information with another customer as well. The bank teller forgot to turn the mic off, I heard everything. I reached out to customer service and they stated that they are allowed to do that. As a supervisor you are never supposed to disclose any information about a customer to another customer. Will never do business at this location again."

"Staff do not wear name tags or identification, it's impossible to tell who are bank employees and who are not."

Yaren, specifically handled my questions and requests with care and great professionalism. The staff truly do see you as more than just a number on a screen, but a name right in front of them. "Terrible service! Make sure you dot your (i) and cross your (t) yourself because this brach will not meet your needs. I opened my account on promotional new customer offer, but the bankers that work there do not open ur account with the right procedure where the bonus will be applied. make sure you CHECK! I waited and waited, when I reach out to the bank, they tell me a inquiry has been opened and someone will reach out, NOTHING! Person in charge ( Rosemary), tells me oh no one has reached out to her, so if I'm not happy I can close my account. Mind you I have let this garbage bank hold $15,000+, which this brach used to fractionally lend out and made a lot of $$$ off me!!! I made this account on the sole reason of the new customer promo which was going on when I created the account on 4/24/2023. .... I am so unhappy with this bank and if anyone needs advise on which bank to bank with .....STAY AWAY FROM TD"
