"Bad costumer service. Made an appointment for 2 and when I arrived for my appointment the worker decided to take their lunch break. Very unorganized as this is not my first bad experience here with time, appointments and costumer service."

"Really bad experience over the last several days and then today. I had a simple question about how to convert dollars to euros for an upcoming trip. I’ve called repeatedly over the last several days and no one ever answered nor was there even a tape for messages. I finally went into the customer service area today, one lady was being waited on by the sole customer service rep, another person was waiting ahead of me and then me. The problem is being third in line, it took me an hour and ten minutes to get my question answered and get the help I needed. There are three desks in customer service but until it was my turn when a second rep showed up, it was only the one gentlemen…the lines for the tellers when back into the glass vestibule…meanwhile, the bank was undergoing construction, maybe they should spend less money on appearances and more on personnel. I’m very disgusted by the experience!"

"Had to pick up some foreign currency here. It was delivered so I went and the vault was broken. No one notified me of this so I wasted time driving down there. When I got there, I was assured they would give me a call when it’s fixed. I even had the teller write down my information on a physical note, AND I am an employee. No one called me. No one messaged me on the company platforms. They never picked up the phone when I called either. Come to find out, it was fixed the whole time. Crappy customer service."
