"I used to love this bank. Not anymore. No more late hours. No more weekend hours. How are people supposed to bank when they work? Now they shut down my debit card and told me I have to come into the branch, that is never opened or only open when I’m at work. Yes i will be taking a day off of work and withdrawing my money and closing my account ASAP!"

"Closed early on a Friday because of snow but I could see at least two people working inside and one other employee but all the drive-thru lanes are closed and the doors are locked in the front. Edit: thank you for the reply added 3 stars"

"As of late things r weird. I loved this bank for the few years I have had them. Never had a problem with their services. Over the past few months its just awful. No customer service on the weekend. No tech support? Really. I use online banking, the Ap is wonky on my new phone…and THERE IS NO TECH SUPPORT! Just some customer service people who clearly know nothing abt the ap. or the bank issues. Then put u on hold and then you are disconnected. They just walk you through generic stuff after a 10 min verification process that I have not been exposed to since the early 2000’s… Every other banking app works smooth as ever… whats up Rep? …I feel like things are not getting updated or something…. Very strange. They need to be honest to their customers bc their stock tanked. I really hope people don’t get screwed out of jobs. So frustrating."

"I LOVE Republic Bank. I was getting screwed by TD for years when they built this new "diner bank" right in the Shop Rite plaza. The only downside with Republic is the 7 day holding period when you open a new account, other than that it is the best bank in the area. Just keep in mind when you open an account you won't be able to make a withdrawal for 7 days (this may have changed I made an account 2-3 years ago). The service at this branch is exceptional, always super friendly people who are happy to go the extra mile for their customers. Can't say enough good things about Republic, this is how banking should be !"
