"Very seldom a wait. All tellers are very helpful. Keith who I assume is the manager is always very nice and helpful and he always takes the time to say hi upon your arrival and “have a blessed day” when leaving. He always uses your name as most tellers there did at one time but there are quite a few new teller faces so you can’t blame the newbies."

"1 word. Slow. Like molasses in winter type slow. Drive-thru is either backed up for a half hour or completely closed due to insufficient staffing. Get it together PNC."

"They charge you 12 dollars out of a 600 dollar paycheck then they say if you set up an account with us then you won't be charged. Why would I want to have an account with a bank that if you have a paycheck that is off someone elses account that they would still take money out of the check.i would give no stars if I could. The first 4 times I came here I wasn't charged anything then they just started charging me 2% of every paycheck I cashed off of my bosses account I'll take my business else where. PNC bank rips you off and then came back two more times after that wasn't charged a fee at all and Then I come back tonight and for a 574 dollar check I got charged 30 dollars"

"Been coming here for the past 3 weeks to get my paycheck cashed and this time charges me 12 dollars to cash my check. My boss uses this bank to write payroll to us and should not be charged anything to cash my paycheck just trying to make money off of the little guy."

"So I have yet to hear from this branches manager, or the branches District manager after I filed several complaints. It must be a common occurrence here for tellers to deposit customers cash money in other peoples accounts even when proper id is given for account verification."
