"Be aware Roberto Diaz treats men like crap and women like gold. To this day my ears are still clogged I refuse to go back to him last time I saw him was 2 years ago I believe in that time I had to wait 2 weeks to see him. He spent less than a minute shot water into my ears told me he couldn't take anything out and prescribed the medication that he said would soften the ear wax which I looked up online and it does not do that. I told him that I've always only ever been able to breathe through one nostril ever since I was a kid he couldn't even fix that problem this is a person that is supposed to be a specialist in ears nose and throat. I could hear him in his next patient's room being real polite spending lots of time with her comes in to see me and he's gone within less than a minute and I get a prescription for a medication that doesn't even work for what he said it's for. I I've asked plenty of guys in my family and they say he's a bad doctor all the women in my family say he's great what does that tell you."
