"Well… where to start my experience with this branch! Technically on my own work schedule I was interrupted by a possible skimming issue that occurred to my debit card! I let my supervisor know that I had to handle an emergency issue. Upon entering to the branch, the representative was very polite and understanding as to how to proceed my case. They told me that TD Bank informed me of the matter and they told me that a new card is being issued. Which I appreciated the patience and how well the representative handled my situation so promptly and professionally! Anyone who is a victim of a skimming issue, my best advice I will share is… sign up for TD Bank Fraud Alerts. They will contact the card issuer/customer to provide the details and verify if those transactions were made by the customer or someone else. If transaction made by someone else, bank will shut down the card as soon as possible."

"The girl at the counter with long brown hair who was working on Friday (around 1 pm ish) was the sweetest. I didn’t get her name but I was having a rough day and she picked up on it and asked me if I was OK and talked to me which isn’t necessary but always goes a long way and means a lot.
