"Terrible customer service. I asked to do international transfer from the bank to my account. The cashier (young lady), she was very rude, she doesn’t understand her job, she unprofessional. I told her twice what I need but she smiled with sarcasm to my face. English is not my native language but I absolutely clearly explained to her my request. I want to say goodbye TDBank."

"Terrible Customer Service Experience at TD Bank's Grant Ave Phila PA Location: The drive-thru is NEVER opened since 2019. The tellers are unbelievably slow. Every time I deal with this branch, several times a week, for years now, I experience horrific customer service. It is unbelievable. From the outset, it was clear that the staff lacked basic courtesy and seemed disinterested in helping. I had to wait an unusually long time. I spoke to managers or other employees to no avail or improvement. Overall, my experience with TD Bank's Grant Ave Location is extremely disappointing. It's evident that their customer service is severely lacking, and they have a long way to go in terms of providing even a basic level of service excellence. I would strongly advise potential customers to explore other banking options unless significant improvements are made."

"They should change their slogan to "America's slowest bank" it doesn't matter what day, time, or reason for your visit. They will have no more than 2 tellers on staff, and unless you're the only customer in the bank you're going to be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes. No idea why but that's what I've come to expect as normal from them."
