"I HATE BOA. Every week there's a problem with the drive up ATM and the walk up ATM. The people who work here are absolutely useless. What bank opens at 10am and closes at 4pm? This by far is pure incompetence! Absolutely horrendous!!! Just close this branch already such a waste of everyone's time!"
"Once again THE SYSTEM IS DOWN!! My daughter got married on April 13th I ran to the bank on Friday the 12th approx 3:40 to cash 2 checks THE SYSTEM IS DOWN!! The lady told me to go to Washington Twp bank. Friday late afternoon traffic was insane only to get there and they said their system is also down along with all their banks. I WAS FURIOUS THAT THIS WOMAN KNOWINGLY SENT SEVERAL OF US TO THIS OTHER BANK KNOWING THAT ALL THE SYSTEMS WERE DOWN. The teller at WT said that the woman knew all systems where down and she couldn’t believe that she would send us there. I would like to say that Kim is a wonderful person at the Laurel Springs bank. I certainly wouldn’t want a negative review to impact on her excellent customer service that I always receive from her. My work Check is drawn off of this bank, but I’ll never open up an account for reason such as this and the hours Of service stinks. Still blaming everything on Covid."
"This place does not respect your time. Don't bother making an appointment, they do not understand the concept. I was generous and waited for 45 minutes past my appointment before leaving. I've been a BofA customer for over 20 years and this is the first time I've considered not being one."
"After being customer of this bank for almost 10 years, I guess it’s time to go somewhere else. My experience today with KAYLA was truly one of worst customer service interactions I’ve ever had. She’s extremely rude, she doesn’t listen, she speaks over you, and very dismissive. All of this because I needed to change the pin on my new card (I couldn’t remember my old one cause I barely use debit places for safety) I had my passport, my previous debit cards, i could verify transactions, I even had other id with my pic on it and she tells me that she can’t change the pin because the text she sent didn’t come to my phone (I got the text after I left the branch, so it was not an instantaneous thing) I asked her to call customer service, she refused, saying they’re gonna ask if I authenticated you and I didn’t, mind you my passport was sitting on her desk as she kept saying this. Today is 11/10, 11/11 is a federal holiday where all banks are closed. I said this to her, and pointed out the fact that this branch is closed on Saturdays so I have to go all weekend without access to my money and she tells me I can go to the teller and do a withdraw with my id, the same id she can’t seem to use to change my pin. What sense does even make?? She even told me I could go yo another branch, either Washington twp or Voorhees. I live in the neighborhood, why do I have to go out of my way for something so damn simple. The negative reviews of this branch are 100% accurate and if I could give less than 1 star I would. Avoid it if you can, and you can’t at least avoid KAYLA!!!"
"This is the worst location of all the BOA banks. I went to withdraw 5k from my acct after I had a withdrawal the same day from another bank. The banker Kayla Ingold took me to a desk and was on the phone for about 15 minutes. She asks me why I am withdrawing the monies and what am I using it for. Do I need to answer to her?? She asked if I'm in a scam and if someone is making me take the money out. It is none of her business. She then told me there is no manager to approve although she could of gotten a supervisor. She then told me she was making the decision to release no money to me. Terrible customer service. She made me feel like a criminal. I am a 60 year old woman who can make her own decisions. Good bye BOA"
