"Had a really pleasant experience with Allison, came in and was greeted right away. Told her we needed to close an account and was seated immediately. She didn't pressure me or hold me hostage trying to sell me anything. The facilities here are very clean and the staff are very friendly. Worth the couple extra minutes drive."

"Losing a love one is a difficult time for anyone. Add fighting in court to have your loved ones wishing respected to that and it becomes beyond difficult. It has been a rough few years. What has helped me make it through is the compassion and patience Katrina, who works at the Merchantville branch, has for her customers at the bank. Not only is she professional, pleasant and caring but she is also comforting. I don't normally do reviews but this needed to be said. Katrina has been absolutely amazing through a tough time. I'm grateful she is there."

"Garbage bank. Can’t DEPOSIT money into someone’s account without account number. Even if you have EVERY other piece of information. That’s pathetic. Go to any other bank, if you have info they won’t let you take money out, but deposit money in? Shouldn’t be an issue. Also it wasn’t just a worker that couldn’t do this. Management was also unable. If you can’t trust your workers to handle a 80 task, then why trust them with money at all. Terrible location of PNC and a stain on the name of the bank. Glad I go to a bank for adults."

"Unprofessional, makes customer feels like they're ignored. Contacted the branch and the people seemed nice the rep notified me that once my acct was in order that I was to receive a call from her promised on the next business day. That day came and went, I've since called this branch several times in an attempt to speak with that rep. The first phone call an employee (I'm assuming a bank teller) picked up instead of passing me through to the rep I initially spoke with she suggested I can call customer service. To which I declined, (since I wanted to know what was going on with my account, or just any info regarding the status of it) After not being able to get a hold of the rep I left my name and number and asked for a call back. Following day no phone call either. Even if the rep was too busy to call me back, she could have delegated someone to give me a call to notify me of any information. A customer should not have to call several times to try and speak with them nor should they be automatically passed on to (or automatically suggested to go to)customer service bc the task is something that can be done via customer service. I know I can go to customer service but if I dealt with a branch and was told one thing, I expect for that to be followed through with. If everyone went with customer service there'd be little need to go to a branch. Don't go to this branch, go somewhere else."
