"The worst bank of my life. 9:45 at night I'm at CVS trying to buy formula for my baby I don't use cash I always have money in my bank. and I decline my purchase. This is crazy,"

"I have not been here in about a year, but when I come my anxiety is always on high. From the time I walk in till the dark lobby. Today I went, greeted by two familiar faces. Didn't know I would be taken care so fast. The tailor seemed annoyed cause I wasn't fully prepared after I appologized. She made me feel insecure with her rude antics of confusion on me the customer. She had no patience and she tried to integrate me. Upper management did nothing but stare at me as I walked out bothered. The clerk smiled as I angerly walked away. I was destraught."

"The bank teller was on her cell phone while I was trying to make a deposit. I told her I'll wait until she's finished her phone call, and she said " I can hear you". It appeared that she wasn't putting her phone away so I asked to speak with the branch manager. Branch manager was not there The employees was trying to sweep this situation under the rug.They wouldn't give me Customer service number or a email so i can submit a complaint."
