"ATM is never ACCEPTING Cash deposit, I am leaving this review from TD waiting for my Uber.. I took an Uber just to deposit and it always disappoints me.. And you can never use the atm inside cause the door won't open"
"I won’t be returning to this location. I scheduled an appointment online to open a business account. On the day of the appointment, a few hours prior I was left a voicemail stating that the person who I was scheduled to meet with wasn’t qualified to open a business account. I tried to call to reschedule and the phone just rang. I went to the actual branch and there was very little customer service provided. You’d think based on their mistake someone would apologize or a manager who I’m sure made the error would come out and speak with a new customer. I ended up leaving with no resolution and took my business to another branch where my experience was completely different. Customer service is very improvement when people are trusting you with their money. Don’t do business at this location."
"In order for you to write a review you have to give at least a one star rating. I wouldnt give anything of a star rating. This branch needs to be closed for good. This location is the worst I ever been to. ATM drive thru and at times ATM on the inside seems to be down most of the time. Customer service is another story. Being the most convenient bank here is a joke. And you will find one or two men sometimes sleeping at the drive thru. Very sad."
"This location has the slowest and most unorganized set of employees in the USA! During the Pandemic (July 1st) this location only had 2 out of 3 drive-ins working...i was in one lane for an hour and a half with only 3 cars in front of me! WTH?!! This is not the only TD location that's slow and unorganized...it does top the list of bsnks that has antiquated equipment."
