This bank didn’t change it and told me an excuse that was so lean that my 10 years boy can do better. However they so lucky that i didn’t have the time to make an agreement with the manager.Nevertheless I would speak with somebody from the company who have the account and complained."

"This place seems to run in chaos and paranoia. Double locked doors you need to wait to get in. I've been Waiting over a half hour so far to see someone in the "office area" where only one person is working, the others were staring at the walls or their phones, but no customer service . This is why I'm changing to a credit union. I am here to close my account."

"Today was a very stressful day. This bank made errors on my checking account which caused me to be late in paying my rent. The bank manager was very rude. At a time when she should have been understanding. In stead they took another customer in front of me saying that she made and appointment and I had to stand there for over 25 minutes. I have been with this bank for over 15 years but today they showed me how much I was not appreciated for my loyalty. It's a must that I close my account there. And I will be sure to let my coworkers know what is going on at this bank"

"I'm not giving them 5 stars for customer service cause I, myself, am not a patron. I do however live DIRECTLY across the street from them and this neighborhood is full of trash but they always clean up the huge piles that wind up along their walls and they always paint over the grafitti. So thank you for keeping our neighborhood clean."
