"I was very impressed by the light hearted approach the branch manager took when I was stressed and was having an issue another branch would not help me to solve. The manager was assisting a teller, the teller I was at signaled him we had an issue. He came right over explained the rules of why the other branch ran into difficulties and asked if I would be patient for a few minutes while he did an over ride! He fixed it in 3 mins! Wow! The other branch had me ready to take my money and walk! With humor, kindness, and professionalism he made my month!"
