"My first time at this office was on April 3rd. I was excited about finding a new Doctor because of all the issues I was having with previous doctors and hospitals in my area. My medical chart was flagged by a Doctor that I filed a complaint against for falsifying my medical chart. So, everytime, I go into a medical facility, they know who I am. I was treated poorly When I came to this office, I didn't see Dr. George. I saw the nurse practitioner Heather. When she pulled up my information I saw two alerts on the right side of the screen. I said what are those alerts. She lied and said it's saying you have high blood pressure. Since, when is high blood pressure written out as an alert? I was scheduled to go back but, I never went back. This is discrimination and Harassment."
