"These women work really hard here at 7 is fine their customers they never leave you standing in line they always tell you to come forward I've been to other Citizen Bank did they do that I mean to do it but they don't recognize that you're staying in there that fast don't just be acting like you're doing something else but UPS customer service their employees or really good with everybody and very helpful in helping opening accounts and making sure your card Works they really work hard for their money like seriously they should be paid more but when it comes to this company but when it comes to this company for a credit card they're not the bank you want to deal with their very cheap with their credit cards will give you like a $300 credit card like who wants it that's for a little kid I could buy like three things with $300 I would recommend pulling a credit card at with this company"

The branch manager Chris Kerrigan is unprofessional with business owners.no manners Only one african american teller that says Hello with a smile , the rest all look like they just woke up. Do not use this location if you want to be treated right"

"This is my bank. And it has been through 3 name changes over the past 10-12 yrs. The tellers are very polite & quick moving to get you in & out as fast as possible so even when there is a line-you are not in the.bank very long. If you need help from someone behind a desk your wait is short & the help they give is extensive. I love this bank!"
