"Do not do business with these people. The single worst td bank in the tristate area. Both ATMs broken down regularly. If they work, deposit cash button doesn't work and now that the cash button does work. Both ATMs spit the cash back out and refuse to take it. Completely incompetent. I don't know what it is about this area but every major company along this strip is completely incompetent."
"I had no choice but I didn’t want to put even one star . I went into the bank and talked to an Samantha Gonzales she was very unpleasant not helpful at all not to mention she look depressed. I had to ask her was she okay . I needed paperwork fax to the bank not only did she not fax my paperwork but she lied , she never informed me that I had to write what it was for or anything she was too busy saying the paperwork was wrong when it wasn’t she just needed to do her job which she didn’t . And I needed that paperwork in as well so she f me over and that’s bad when I’m coming in and needed help . She made my bank experience horrible because she never fax my information in when I needed it done and it was the only way to get done . Thanks for nothing . And I was super nice to her . Bad business ."
