"I would leave ZERO Stars if I could. Terrible bank, terrible policies, terrible customer service. No one knows or cares about anything. I paid off my loan 5 years early simply to never deal with them again. Sadly, they failed to properly close my bank and it took endless amounts of emails, phone calls to actual close the account. First Niagra which Key Bank bought was a great bank. Key Bank, however, is a terrible bank. I recommend you avoid at all costs."
