"Absolutely terrible bank! They can afford to pay a "greeter" ( maybe $15 an hour? ) to loiter in the lobby and ask incoming customers what they're at the bank to do, but they wouldn't give me change for a $20 bill because I said I wasn't a Bank of America customer. And at the time I visited, there were a few tellers working and NO customers. I am of the opinion that any bank should be willing to make a small amount of change for anyone, customer or not - it all evens out in the end. If you don't have an account at the bank, don't even bother thinking about opening one. Who knows what kind of rude service you'll get!"
"Paraplegic wrote check to relative;bank would not cash check.Asked to speak with manager and lady Latoya replied "no manager is in and check appears to be alteted... Latoya was very disrespectful in stating her name and offered her business card if name was too difficult to spell..in closing, I've bank with BAC since its inception and have never had such an unpleasant experience.."
