"My least favorite local TD Bank location. Today, there was one teller doing a large cash.coin transaction, while socializing with the customer. She repeatedly told me, “Just another minute,” when Clearly it’d be much longer. After 10-15 minutes waiting. I left. This location is poorly managed, tellers are unprofessional and slow. I’ll go to the nice location at 2nd and Lombard from now on."

"Terrible service. The tellers are rude and unprofessional. Ive been to the one in “hood” and I get fast quick and friendly service. Meanwhile they are way busier and printed my card in 5 mins. This location tells me it’s gonna be over 30 mins… there was one person behind me. Terrible"

"Worst service ever. Was told a process takes 3-5 business days, 10 business days later and they mad at me for being upset that the process still hasn’t been completed. I was told multiple I’ve be called and updated, that never happened. Like literally not one call to update. The unprofessional work environment run by the manager AND assistant manager is mind blowing. Wish I’d never set foot in this place. I hope they both get demoted."

"So nice and helpful! I had a few items of business to take care of, and since it was during my work day was worried about how long it would take. But everyone from the security guard to the desk tellers to the manager I worked with made it so easy to accomplish my business needs and get me on my way in under 20 minutes! And everyone was nice."

"Edit: After several months of issues Jano at this location basically rapid fire solved them. Also gave me their contact in the event of other issues, total 180. Had an unused account frozen without notice. Came in to identity verify in person. They were incredibly nice, said give it 15 minutes and it’s been a day and it’s still frozen. The account hasn’t even been used, they just froze the opening deposit. On the phone and in person the argument was fraud is hard to reach due to the pandemic staffing shortages, but that doesn’t really work for me when you’re alleging identity theft on my accounts. Access to funds is a fairly basic function of banking."
