"This is one of the friendliest, most peofessional and helpful TD Bank locations I have ever had to do my banking in. They actually are very caring and let you know other options available for transactions, deposits and more. On a recent visit i left my debit card behind. The teller, Davida, immediately caled my phone to let me know this happened. I went the next day and picked up my card that she securly put aside for safe keeping. This saved me a lot of trouble and frustrstion for a trip to NYC without a debit card or cash on hand. Another stellar teller is Louis. He is very friendly and knowledgeable to handle all of your transactions with ease. They are currently remodeling so pardon any dust or dissaray inside. They still have plenty of lolilops and even dog treats to give out for free. The only negative thing is the new banking hours. They cut the hours during the week by 2 to 3 hrs each day and on weekends they are only open 3 or 4 hrs each day. Please extend the hours again and make it "America's Most Convenient Bank" once again."

Jamie and Lou are always happy and pleasant. I literally enjoy going to bank with this staff. If every business had employees like them the world would be a better place."

"Have had three consecutive issues with their ability to provide customer service that my other banking institutions are able to provide. The straw the broke the camel’s back is that I was sitting in the customer service line for simply activating a new ATM card. It was early Saturday morning with two customer service personnel there, one with a customer the other not. The bank was empty and the representative never came to greet me, ask for my patience or acknowledge the fact that they would be with me at their next availability. After sitting for 10 minutes I left and decided to write this review. I’ve had positive experiences here, but more frustrating service experiences than positive ones overall."
