"I needed a replacement debit card, waited line for 35 minutes just for that. This is my 2nd time at this location after 4 years, it's 8 minutes away from my home and I'll still take the trip to the locations on Walnut st and Market st than here."

"I have been to this particular TD Bank more than 6 times this year, and it was all wasting of time. I saw the idle staffs talking and laughing, some just sat down having no customer in front of them, and their is just one staff or no staff to attend to the customer on line. I love TD Bank and I have been their customer for years. But this particular one, they need to train the staffs, they are highly unprofessional, lazy, and ignorant, maybe not all of them. I don't normally write review, but the TD Bank management needs to know."

"So yesterday afternoon I attempted to deposit a refund check from my school into my account and while waiting in line I observed that the staff was so nice and sweet to their Hispanic customers (the majority) but the black customers like myself were greeted with pure attitude and irritation. So once it was my turn I was told that they could not verify check because my school didn't answer the phone (although it was a "Td" check) and was told to leave my number and I would get a call back when they answered (its 24 hours later still no call). So today I went to the walnut St location and was greeted with a smile and deposited my check in less than 10 minutes. I actually love banking with Td but I will never return to this location again. Oh and the rude and racist staff members name was Yamilla :)"

"Long wait time to just cash a check. They call people who arrived after you. You have have sign in via their mobile app inorder to be seen by a bank teller. The phone number to text and sign in is located on the door. The security guard does not make this clear when you arrive. If you just stand there you'll definitely be skipped. I had to speak up last time like hello... I've been waiting here and you're letting everyone in front of me. After that I was called in within 5 minutes. But wait times are uncalled for. They have you stand outside for very long periods to inquire about your own account."
