Santander Bank Branch

"By far the worst Santander's bank. No windows are ever open but one, no matter how many people are behind the glass. Everyone behind glass are always helping one person, don't understand why. Also, the amount of people that go into this location with stupid questions is beyond me."

"I would give it 100+ stars, today just recently I went into this branch, as I do on and off, a customer who was threatening to the teller who was busy tending to a customer in front of him had the nerve to tell the teller that he was going to slap her in the face. I personally wouldn't be as graceful, polite, and as calm as the teller was. This guy/rude customer according to his care giver is "mentally ill" still no excuse to be rude or threatening to a young Lady who simply asked very politely to give her a few seconds while she finished the transaction with the customer before him. I was the 4th one in line, and I didn't even spent 5 minutes waiting inside the branch. Thought me hell of a lesson, I've been a customer service representative myself for over 20 years and again, I can say that the went above and beyond my wildest ways of dealing with a situation like this. There's no reason why any customer should act that way. Please know as a customer, the person helping you in any company is a human like yourself, not someone to treat disrespectfully."

"Zero stars...Worst experience ever. I've been having issues with my account for a month now. They haven't given me any logical reason. The Rosemarie Guzman is rude, unprofessional, lies and doesn't do her job. I express my concerns and my account was closed by her. Please stay away and maintain your peace."

"I have NEVER had so many problems out of one bank before. Between the app messing up and not allowing me to check my balance, to the random charges I get from the bank that are RIDICULOUS! I am definitely changing banks next month. I just want to save peacefully."

"The Allegheny avenue and 3rd Street branch in Philadelphia just transferred one of the call tellers there that I got along with great. I don't like any other branch but I will go to her branch. but also because of the fact that they transferred her and made it inconvenient for me I am dropping Santander and I'm going to Wells Fargo."
