TD Bank

"I would give no stars if I could. I wasnt going to write a review until I had the pleasure of speaking to Chaz the gen-z teller. Upon giving him my deposit with cash and coin. He proceeded to tell me that this bank does not accept unrolled coin. I responded with "I've been coming here for 8 months and was not told this in my past visits". I was asked by Chaz if the change was 3.39 cents to my knowledge. I responded with, "I think so". He decided to respond with "you think so?" I completely understand that it's Friday, however the bank was empty. I wasn't asking for much but if counting a few coins gives you the urge to be passive aggressive then you are working for the wrong industry."

"“Americas most convenient bank” doesn’t even have a drive thru ATM. Get with the times."

"Beyond unprofessional, I had a 6 day hold on a check from my job of three years. Went to the bank to clarify the issue. The teller told me not to worry they can wave the wait time and to have a seat. After waiting for almost a full hour, I finally got to sit with another representative only for her to immediately tell me there's nothing they can do and basically waved me out. The time sitting at the desk was no more than 5 minutes with ZERO solutions offered. Miserable experience 0 stars."

"The WORST customer service at this location!! I drive out of my way to another branch normally. Went today to make a deposit in my husband's account with his deposit slip. Told I can't do it, not on acct. I asked for money back, went to East Brunswick, no issues, asked for my ID and done!! Not like I was trying to withdraw money. They are just rude in Jamesburg branch. Corporate was notified about ongoing issue there."
