Reviews
"Pulm Rehab is awful, do not waste your time. They are rude, judgmental, and uneducated on other health issues. I am completely disgusted w. "Cindy" the therapist. This dept is not up to Deborah standards of care. DO BETTER."
"Happy woolens make for a wonderful healing place. Everyone works as a happy team They take the time to connect with you. Even the people who clean your room and collect the garbage will take a moment to sit and say hi from time to time . Nurses never stop and never complain and enjoy their job I hear them laughing in the hallway it makes me feel good. World class Doctors who don’t talk down to you. I just say would you say that again in English? They do lol. Demand Deborah is right because you deserve it. On top of all this great stuff they only take what the insurance pays you will never get a bill. Why can’t everyone do that? They saved my life more than once and with respect and a touch of class. This is my first Google review and nobody deserves a better one than Debhora Heart and Lung. They really are all heart. Thank you. What a team"
"2 great experiences there. Short wait. Great staff. Zero complaints."
"DO NOT COME TO THIS ER BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE! I have gone to this ER on multiple occasions and on each of those visits I have been misdiagnosed or have been told there was nothing they could do to help. The final straw was when I had to take my 10 year old daughter in with a severe head injury. My daughter cried in waiting room for fifteen minutes before the nurse took her vitals. Then we sat in the back for another twenty minutes with my daughter still screaming and they didn't even give her so much as a cold compress. I eventually walked out and took her to Virtua's Children Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) in Mount Holly where she was immediately seen. The Lourdes ER seems to take the patients in the local area for granted. They are extemely nonchalant about the level of care they provide and they don't seem to care about the condition of the patients that go there. Again, don't come here unless you want to be ignored for hours and then misdiagnosed."
"Night shift Security guard approached me in a very hostile manner at 8pm Today on Sunday, January 27th. It started with an infringement on my mom's patient rights then when I mentioned that she has the power to override them preventing me from seeing her, He walked up to my face yelling as if he had intent on doing physical harm to my body. All options are on the table at this point and will be in touch with my attorney. I did not once raise my voice and did not show any signs of aggression except for the fact that when the security guard kept over talking me, I kept repeating myself stating that they are in violation of my mom's rights. Lourdes has already killed my father 2 years ago and god only knows what they will do to my mom as well especially when they refuse to let her own son in which I am her caregiver and P.O.A. Very rude staff members at this hospital. You'll be lucky if you make it out alive if you have a serious health issue going on."
