"I recently had a less-than-pleasing experience at Bank of America. The staff there did not exhibit the level of courtesy I expected, which was disappointing. I specifically needed a particular exchange rate, but unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate my request. This situation led me to seek service at a different bank, where I found the process much smoother and my needs were met without any issues."

"Completed online application for new joint account opening. At the end of online application, online app suggested to visit the branch for documents verification. So visited this branch. On visiting the branch people said come back with appointment. So booked appointment and visited second time. Spend 35 minutes for ID verification. At the end, I was told the my application may not go through as their system gave some error and so I will have to visit 3rd time. I told them they have all the details, documents have also been verified so they should resubmit the application. But they refused. Complete waste of my time for a simple account opening process. Bank needs to improve."

"Disgraceful, rude, inept service and instead of apologizing for their error, Manager Ms. Joy said "human to human I am hungry and cant spend more time with you!" Would be funny if it wasn't time wasting....since this bank is in a supermarket and she could have quickly gotten herself some food. Oye!"

"Good Service ... But The line stretches out the door of Shoprite. It's cold and don't want to stand shivering by the open doors. It is not feasible having so few.people scheduled to assist so many customers. I stood in line for over 30 minutes and prayed I wouldn't freeze before the line moved 5 feet forward. Not something I would recommend."
