"I am very dissatified with this company because they were exteremly unprofessional. A tech came out to inspect our air conditioner because it stopped working. He advised us that he will order the part, and come the next day to install it. However, that never happened because we haven't heard from them after making countless phonecalls! They constantly gave us the run around with no proper updates, and we finally had to call another company to get our ac fixed. It wasn't until 3 WEEKS LATER when they decided to call to inform us that they didn't have the part. My elderly uncle who is sick was suffering in the heat wave, waiting for someone to get back to him about the ac. Had they been upfront, and gave us OPTIONS it would have been okay, but they didn't. This company is terrible, and lacks professionalism. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!"

"We used kegels heating for years for service on our ac and furnace and every time the outcome is the same “this is one of our favorite houses to service, never any issues”. Last year they were acquired by horizon so it was an easy transition to just stay with them. They came out last week and they quoted me over $10000 of work “needed” between my ac and furnace. Got a second opinion today from another locally owned family business and there service visit determined there is nothing that needs to be done to either unit. Horizon is a scam! Do not use!"

"BEWARE!!!! It's bad enough their work clearly speaks for itself in the previous reviews but apart from being poor technicians they are DISHONEST. One of their drivers opened their car door into traffic while I was driving and side swiped the entire front of my SUV, taking off my mirror and denting my hood, door and side panel. At the scene he apologized and took full responsibility to me that he wasn't looking and wrongfully opened the door into traffic. However his story changed when their insurance company got involved and he lied and said I hit an already open door! COULD NOT BE MORE UNTRUE. There was police involved as well. The flat out lie and denial now of their insurance company to pay for the load of damages is extremely upsetting especially during the holiday season when expenses are at an all time high. I am so utterly disgusted with dishonest people and trust me, this is not the last this company will hear from me. I will be taking this up the ladder because not only is it a big expense but NOW IT IS ABOUT PRINCIPLE."

"Had a leak in the cold water line leading to my toilet. The pipe is located under my Mobil home and not easily accessed. Buck Price, the service technician servicing this issue was prompt, courteous and very professional and efficient. It was a dirty job crawling under the house but he went right to work and the repair was done quickly and completely. I use Horizon for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs and would never consider using anyone else. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing these services. Their warranties are also excellent."
