"Not Happy at all with the transition to citizens bank. Been a long time Roma bank customer. They were top notch!!!! The transition to investors was not so bad …..not as good as Roma. BUT Citizens just can’t seem to get it together and charging monthly service fees. For what? Your bank is using my money and you’re going to charge me fees!!!! On top citizens savings rates are terrible in todays competitive rates. I as well as my family will be moving our business elsewhere! Disappointed!!!!!!"
