"I can't say enough good things about this bank after they helped me so much with a probate situation that turned into a nightmare thanks to another bank who shall not be named. Many thanks and much appreciation to Therese and Christine Drager, who were so supportive and helpful to me as I navigated unfamiliar terrain. After the other bank was so rude and honestly cruel and heartless considering there was a death in the family, it was such a comfort to know that Northfield was there for me. Not only that but the tellers and customer service folks have always been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help me whenever there is an issue. Over the course of many years as a customer, I can't think of a single time I encountered rudeness or was dissatisfied with the result of a phone call.
