"Dr Blank is amazing. So caring. I went to this practice 15 yrs. Saw some great Drs. Sadly, They have all left. I now see why. The practice is falling apart. They can’t keep any good Drs. That tells you something right there. Now it’s just all very young PAs. Which was ok. They are basically puppets. I was treated for an Illness for 3 months yet they never saw me. Not once. All just phone appts. So basically I called and said what was wrong and what I needed and they sent meds in. The office staff is horribly rude. So rude I won’t go there anymore. And it takes at least a week after they get test results for them to speak to you about them. I called office and asked simple question. I was expecting a call back and wanted to know what time they close or stop making calls. The women on the phone was so nasty to me acting like she had no idea what I was talking about. I’m sorry what time do you close should not be a difficult question. Then I received a call from another office member yelling at me for the conversation I just had with 1st staff member. Apparently the office staff is allowed to yell at the patients and talk down to them. Absolutely worst dr office staff I have ever dealt with. Very racist. But obviously if they can’t even keep Drs there, that should have been my 1st sign to run."

"I have been going to this practice for more than 43 yrs. I first saw Dr. B Blank and Dr. Talone for yrs.I went into a complete meltdown when Dr.B Blank left the practice, but found to my delight, that I loved his son, Dr Andy Blank just as much. I also see Dr Gabriella, and for a blast into the past, sometimes even Dr. Talone. I don't know what I'd do without them. They are a prime example of what a Doctor should be. They are kind, caring, and patient. You do not ever feel rushed, and regardless of your dilemma, little or big, they help you resolve it for as long as it takes. Sometimes, you may have a wait to finally see the Dr. but you have to remember, next time it could be you that requires more time. The truth is, I had an allergic reaction, face swollen, throat closing, but I wouldn't go to the ER, nope, into the office I ran. Low and behold, Dr. Andrew fixed me up. It's comforting to know that you have such faith and trust in your Doctors. That's so important, yet hard to find. I am so grateful that I found this office and these doctors. I love the staff here as well. They are professional and warming, along with accommodating, and I might add efficient.
