"It took a few trys for the machine to accept key #1 & seemed like it took a long time. The styles didn't match the actual selection. Was pricy for a single key, but with it for three. And, wouldn't recognize my second key. No matter, if I had left with both of the keys I needed, I would've been satisfied."

"Be prepared for invasive spam like emails, if you provide your email for a receipt. Key duplication does as intended, however longer than the promised "one minute" turn around for key output. Kiosk works as intended with no errors, just don't provide an email if you don't like spam messages. Hence, the two star for overall annoyance."

"Credit didn’t work on the machine and refund system for cash is made in hopes that you don’t follow up for the refund. Refunds are done online."

"Easy method of making duplicate keys. Just be wary of painted fashion keys, because while making duplicates my plain metal keys worked just fine whereas the painting ones did not fit in the lock correctly. This has happened to me two out of the five times that I have used this service."
